GrafTech International Ltd. and its subsidiaries (collectively, “GrafTech”) value your privacy, and we appreciate your trust that we will collect and retain your personal information carefully and sensibly. This Privacy Notice provides you with information on how GrafTech collects, uses, and shares information that you provide to us. This Privacy Notice applies to any information that you provide to us when accessing our website at www.graftech.com or our other online or offline services (collectively, the “Website”).

This Privacy Notice is incorporated into our Terms of Use, also which apply when you use our Website. By using the Website and by providing your personal information and other information through the Website, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed pursuant to the terms of this Privacy Notice. References in this Privacy Notice to “GrafTech,” “we,” “our” or “us” are references to the entity that is responsible for the collection and use of your personal information, which is generally the entity that obtains your personal information. Information We Collect

GrafTech seeks to collect and use the minimal amount of personal information needed for the purposes specified below under the section “How We Use Your Information.”

Depending on your relationship with us, GrafTech collects personal information about you that you provide us directly, such as your name, telephone number, or email address.

Careers With Us

GrafTech posts available jobs on the Website and allows you to submit your resume to us. GrafTech may use a third-party service provider to support its applicant portal. GrafTech will ask for your name, street address, phone number, e-mail address, position applied for, education, work experience, and skills. The information and the resume/CV you submit will be used by GrafTech only to determine whether you would be a good candidate for the requested job. The information may be saved in our files in case you would be a good candidate for a future job. The information will be shared internally on a need-to-know basis and will not be given to any third parties other than an authorized recruiter or our service providers who process personal information on our behalf.

GrafTech generally does not collect sensitive personal information.

Automated Collection and Cookies Automatic Data Collection

As with many other websites, as you navigate through and interact with our Website, we may use automatic collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including web browser type, operating system version, mobile device model, device manufacturer and model, language and regional settings, unique device identifiers.

GrafTech may further share your personal information with your consent. We do not sell your personal information.

Given that GrafTech is an international company and has headquarters in the United States, we process your personal information outside the country in which you are located, including in the United States. GrafTech has implemented appropriate safeguards, including EU Standard Contractual Clauses, to ensure an adequate level of protection of personal data transferred to a third-country that does not ensure an adequate level of protection.

Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Website.
