Jean-Marc Germain was elected to the Board of Directors in 2021. Mr. Germain formerly served as Chief Executive Officer of Constellium SE (NYSE: CSTM), a designer and manufacturer of a broad range of innovative rolled and extruded aluminum products serving primarily the packaging, aerospace and automotive end-markets, from July 2016 through December 2025, and had been executive director of the board of Constellium from June 2016 through December 2025. Mr. Germain is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique in Paris, France.
